- Take HWY 75 S to US -175 E to Kaufman
- Stay on US-175 for 49 miles to Mabank
- You will go through Seagoville and Crandall. When you come to a split in the road near Kaufman, stay on 175 towards Athens.
- Exit US-175 Business Mabank (Not US-175 Business to Kemp)
- Take a right on Easley
From Tollway:
- Take the toll road south toward downtown.
- Take the exit for 35 South (just after the old toll plaza), get on 35 for only a couple minutes.
- Take the highway 45/75 exit almost right after you got on 35 (this is Woodall Rodgers Freeway).
- Stay on Woodall until you see the sign for 45, veer on to 45 and stay on this until you get to the other side of downtown.
- You will see a sign for Highway 175 toward Kaufman
